Fully Assembled and Painted 1:700 scale German Type XXI Submarine / U-Boat

This is a fully assembled and very nicely painted and weathered u-boat scale model. Model comes with a little stand.

The scale is 1:700 and the model is approximately 11cm long. It’s a beautiful model as you can see on the high resolution images.

The photos were taken outside and with a 2.5 zoom.

Type XXI was a late war model, and its was the first German u-boat designed to operate primarily submerged. Only 2 of these were put into active service before the war finished.

After the war a number of navies adopted the XXIs and many more nations based their own design on the type XXI u-boat.
